Delivery & Returns
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days of your order confirmation email (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas period). During busy periods such as Christmas or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping
We ship within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), excluding the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Orders outside our delivery region will be cancelled and refunded in full.
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £40. Orders below this threshold are subject to a delivery charge shown at checkout. Gift cards do not contribute towards the free delivery threshold.
We ship using Yodel, who will send tracking information to your email and/or phone number once dispatched. Track your order at www.yodel.co.uk.
3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original condition. To start a return, email us at shop@thefarmersdogpub.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described: opened or unsealed alcohol, perishable food items, gift cards, and personalised items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
4. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, please email shop@thefarmersdogpub.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo where relevant. We’ll assess each case and aim to respond within 2 business days.
