As part of our ongoing commitment we ask all customers, clients, suppliers, contractors, visitors and members of the public to treat our employees with kindness, dignity and respect at all times in the same way we expect our employees to do so for you. 

We take a zero-tolerance approach to any forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, abusive behaviour, threats
or unwanted conduct towards our employees.This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal or physical abuse.
• Aggressive behaviour or intimidation.
• Racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory comments.
• Sexual harassment, including unwanted comments, jokes, gestures, advances, messages or physical contact.
• Bullying, threats or offensive behaviour.
• Unwanted physical contact.
• Any conduct that causes an employee to feel intimidated, humiliated, belittled, degraded, distressed or unsafe.

These standards apply whether interactions take place in person, by phone, email, social media, messaging platforms or any other form of communication.

Any individual whose behaviour falls below these standards may be asked to leave, refused service, banned from our premises, blocked from communicating with our employees or, where appropriate, reported to the police or relevant authorities. 

Where the individual represents a supplier, contractor, agency, or other business partner, we will work with the organisation to resolve the issue. However, if unacceptable behaviour continues or appropriate action is not taken, we may choose to end the working relationship.

We take all reports of third-party harassment seriously ensuring every report is investigated and appropriate action taken to protect our employees. We want to ensure we always uphold a safe and comfortable working environment.
