The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in the administration of the promotion.

The promotion closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 12 September 2026. Orders placed after this time will not be eligible.

Each qualifying purchase using the promotional code constitutes one entry into the prize draw.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date and contacted using the details associated with their order.

The winner will receive a dining experience at The Farmer’s Dog for up to four people, with up to £150 per person covered towards the final food and drink bill, to a maximum total value of £600.

The winner may choose their preferred date to visit, but all bookings are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with The Farmer’s Dog. The prize does not guarantee availability on any particular date or time.

Where required, the prize also includes reasonable taxi fares for the winner and their guests between Charlbury or Kingham railway station and The Farmer’s Dog, for both the outward and return journeys. Taxi arrangements must be agreed with the Promoter in advance.

Any food, drink, travel or other costs exceeding the amounts expressly covered by the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service or credit.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise not completed, the associated entry may be deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and selection of the winner is final.
