As a someone with a Penchant for English, I must say. This wine in a ballet dancer that struts into the room and give your palate a strong left-right-goodnight. All silky and smooth then it absolutely flaws you with Tart Cherry This competes with other great English pinots like Danbury Ridge without the price tag.

As expected of any cool climate Pinot, think crunch tart red fruit rather than Jammy (Australian) swill. The acidity carries the flavour so well. Perfect to pair with duck, game, or even the Christmas turkey!
