British Bone in Turkey Crown

Our British bone-in turkey crowns come from Jeremy Sealey, one of our cooperative farmers. His Woodland Bronze turkeys are bedded on organic oat straw and traditionally hand-plucked. We leave the bone in for extra flavour and succulent meat, while our butchers do the clever bit so it remains easy to carve. All the ceremony of Christmas turkey, with considerably less wrestling at the table.
