Locally sourced from our cooperative of farmers, this 28-day dry-aged rib of beef is beautifully marbled, with the bone left in for extra flavour. Our butchers prepare it for easy carving at the Christmas table, so it looks considerably more difficult than it actually was. Your guests needn’t know.
