Our classic honey roast ham is made from free-range, high-welfare British pork, locally sourced from our cooperative of farmers. Traditionally cured and hand-finished with a rich honey glaze, it balances sweet and savoury rather nicely. Excellent for Christmas lunch. Possibly even better when revisited from the fridge later that evening.
